CHECK YOUR ORDER

From the delivery day with the corresponding tracking number, the buyer has 48 hours to inspect the package. Any missing pieces must be reported during this time period, otherwise Evolved Extraction will not be held responsible. If anything is missing, please email us at info@evolvedextraction.com 

For orders with local pick-up, we will hold your order ready for 30 days after purchase is made unless other arrangements are requested at the time of purchase. After 30 days, we require 24 hours notice to re-pick your order and cannot guarantee that your order will remain stocked. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Evolved Extraction ships internationally. 

Note: Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

DAMAGED ITEMS FROM SHIPMENT

If your shipment is clearly damaged during transit, refuse the package and have the driver document all damage to the package. Evolved Extraction cannot take responsibility for obviously damaged shipments that are accepted and signed for. For damaged, rejected shipments, Evolved Extraction will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement once the damage inspection is complete. If there has been damage to your shipment that is not evident on the outside of the packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of the arrival of your shipment for instructions. Please be prepared to provide photos of the inside and outside of the packaging and damaged items. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Your original invoice is your Proof of Purchase, which must be retained in the event of a warranty claim or a return. By placing an order with Evolved Extraction either online, in store, or via phone, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies. Returns must meet ALL criteria.

Evolved Extraction does not accept returns on glassware, terpenes or customized items. Evolved Extraction in its absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.

You have 14 calendar days from the date your shipment was delivered to get a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return the goods to the possession of Evolved Extraction. If the item is returned during this time frame, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. For products verified to be defective, Evolved Extraction will supply a prepaid shipping label along with an RMA number.

For non-defective products, a 20% restocking fee will apply and the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. For products verified to be defective, Evolved Extraction will be responsible for the return shipment and the shipment of replacement items.

Purchases made in store must be returned within 14 calendar days, unused, unopened, and undamaged.

Products should be returned unused and in the original condition they were received. This includes all accessories, manuals, manufacturer’s crate/boxes, packing materials, etc. Returns received that have been used or with missing components or modifications will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval. You will be responsible to ensure adequate packaging on all return shipments. If the shipment is damaged in transit to Evolved Extraction, you will be responsible for the loss of any non-defective items.

If a defect is found to not be the fault of Evolved Extraction, warranty work will be quoted and authorized by the customer. The unit will be repaired and shipped back to the customer within 7 business days from the time of customer authorization and payment.

*Shipping freight charges for work not performed under warranty are the customer's responsibility and will be provided in the warranty repair work quote. 

The unit will be considered "abandoned" after 45 days following notification of repair options and may be re-purposed or discarded. 

All warranties are void on equipment that is used with power converters, or when they come standard as 110/120V power and are used outside the US or Canada no exceptions. All warranties are also void if plugged into the wrong outlet and your equipment blows a fuse. Owning a power converter does not mean it can handle the load necessary to operate our electronics safely. Please inquire with Evolved Extraction prior to purchase to see if we approve the converter.

All stainless steel parts purchased separately to put together a Closed Loop system DO NOT come with a standard warranty, technical help, or a tested system guarantee. The User assumes all responsibility and risks of the system.

DISCLAIMER

This Waiver and Release is applicable to all operators, and users of equipment provided by Evolved Extraction Solutions *For purposes Release, the term "Evolved Extraction Solutions" includes all employees, agents, representatives, servants, assigns, successors, insurers, and subsidiaries of Evolved Extraction Solutions.

EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The operator hereby agrees that he/she is operating or using the equipment provided by Evolved Extraction Solutions at his/her own risk. The operator agrees that he/she is voluntarily participating in all activities related to the operation, or use of the equipment, and assumes all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss that might result, even if the risks arise out of the negligence or fault of Evolved Extraction Solutions. The operator agrees to take all reasonable safety precautions necessary for the operation of the equipment, including, but not limited to, the use of explosion proof fans, gas sensors and static-proof clothing.

WAIVER/RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By the execution of this Release, the operator agrees that Evolved Extraction Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained by the operator as a result of any and all activities related to the operation, or use of equipment provided by Evolved Extraction Solutions. The operator assumes full responsibility for any such injuries or damages which may occur, and further agrees that Evolved Extraction Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or theft of personal property. The operator specifically agrees that Evolved Extraction Solutions shall not be responsible for such injuries, damages, loss or theft, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT BY Evolved Extraction Solutions whether such negligence is present at the time of this Release or takes place in the future.

LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES

The undersigned hereby agrees that he/she will indemnify and hold harmless Evolved Extraction Solutions for all personal injuries, property damages, or any other damages to any and all third parties, including, but not limited to, operators of other equipment and minor children under the undersigned's custody, care, and control, as a result of any and all activities related to the operation, or use of equipment provided by Evolved Extraction Solutions, even if such damages arise out of the negligence or fault of "Rental Company".

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF WAIVER

The operator states that he/she has had sufficient time to review the Waiver and to ask any questions associated with said Waiver. The operator further states that he/she has carefully read the foregoing Waiver, knows the contents thereof, and has carried forward in the operation of equipment in his/her own free will. The operator warrants that he/she is aware that he/she may operate, or use equipment from another extraction company, but has chosen to operate, or use equipment from Evolved Extraction Solutions with the knowledge that reading and understanding this waiver is a requirement for operation, and use of said equipment. The operator further warrants that he/she is fully aware that he/she is waiving any right he/she may have to bring a legal action to assert a claim against Evolved Extraction Solutions for Evolved Extraction Solutions’ negligence.
