The new UL-certified 5-shelf 7.5 cu ft double vacuum oven package provides a higher standard of equipment safety and reliability. The AccuTemp 7.5 double oven package comes standard with a secondary over-temp protection dial, stainless steel tubing, stainless steel vacuum & vent valve, oil-filled vacuum gauge, and a two-year warranty. This model also includes internal shelf heating technology, where each shelf in these ovens has its own heater, in-shelf temperature sensor and temperature controller. These features combined with great thermal-conductive aluminum shelves and low proportional controller technology result in perfect uniformity, accurate temperature, super-fast heating rates and very low power consumption.
