The Controlled Crystallizer is a crystallization reactor designed to reprocess crude oil by performing rapid-controlled crystallization of THCa and CBD while separating and collecting the valuable terpenes. This allows you to reformulate them into any concentration then to create the end product you desire on demand.
This on-demand crystallization of THCa and CBD allows for just-in-time formulation taking advantage of dynamic market factors like the supply and demand side of the equation.
Simply put, this allows processors to process large amounts of biomass when cheap and have the versatility to formulate end-products that traditionally have short shelf lives as the market demand calls for it. Think of it as having the ability to stockpile longer-shelf-life individual ingredients (THCa, CBD, Terpenes, Mono-Terpenes) and formulating them as needed increasing profitability.

Evolved Extraction Solutions’ Diamond Miner assists and accelerates the recrystallization of THC-A or CBD in a controlled environment. As explored in Ed Rosenthal’s book Beyond Buds he explains “…It is technically possible to recrystallize any cannabis concentrate that hasn’t been decarboxylated; as long as there are cannabinoid acids present, they can be used to create crystalline structures. However, all the well-established methods of recrystallization require the use of solvent of some kind.” Our diamond miner assists in this post-process after the initial extraction step allowing processors to create diamonds at scale and with repeatable results.

Our Filter Reactor Packages are complete systems for isolate production or other reactions. The reactor, filter housing, and vacuum/temp equipment are integrated into mobile carts.
