The 100L Dual Jacketed decarboxylation reactor package is made of 316L stainless steel and has everything you need to start your decarboxylation process out of the crate. The decarboxylation process is a chemical reaction that involves heating raw cannabinoids to a temperature to release a carboxyl group of molecules. Once this has happened, the major cannabinoids convert from THCa and CBDa to THC and CBD. This process may also include the removal of present residual solvents (ethanol, heptane, isopropyl, or hexane) used in the initial extraction or winterization process. The condenser and included chiller allow for the recapture of these solvents after being removed from the extract.
